Starlink Mini price in the USA

How has the Starlink Mini price changed?

The trend is down. Tesla North put the June 2024 launch kit at $599; reports had starlink.com at $219 in January 2026 and $249 until Oct 2, 2026, when it fell to $149. Starlink’s US Roam list still showed $149 on Nov 4, 2026. Starlink doesn’t publish a price history, so the table below rebuilds it from dated press reports, with store prices on their own rows.

What does the Mini cost per month?

$55, $80 or $175 a month before tax, for Roam 100GB, 300GB or Unlimited, on Starlink’s US Roam list read Nov 4, 2026. The kit is a one-time cost; the plan is the monthly bill. Roam tiers carry one national price on that list, while Residential home plans are priced by address, and Starlink says Residential plans don’t support the Mini outside limited regions.

What does year one cost on each Roam tier?

Twelve months of plan cost more than the dish. Below is year one on each tier for a starlink.com order, with Starlink’s $100 referral credit taken off the service bills from the second invoice, as the terms put it (our arithmetic from the list prices). Without the credit, add $100 to each total.

What does the $149 kit include?

The Mini Kit includes the Starlink Mini with built-in Wi-Fi, a kickstand, the Mini Pipe Adapter and Flat Mount, a 15 m (49.2 ft) DC power cable, a power supply and a Starlink Plug. The Mini has its own Wi-Fi router built in, so there’s nothing else to buy to get online; mounts, a car adapter or a longer cable are optional extras.

Financing: Starlink offers the Mini in 12 monthly installments at 0% APR, on the condition that you stay continuously subscribed for 12 months; on Roam you may switch between Roam plans or use Standby, but cancelling or transferring the kit makes the rest due at once. Starlink’s US order list shows $12.41/mo for 12 months; its installment agreement still shows older figures, so trust the amount at checkout.

Activation Benefit: Starlink adds an Activation Benefit automatically at checkout to new Mini kits ordered on starlink.com in the US, and doesn't say what it's worth. What we know about it.

Do stores sell the Mini for less?

Stores set their own prices, and they lagged the October drop: Best Buy and Home Depot still listed the Mini at $249 after starlink.com dropped it to $149, according to RV Mobile Internet (Oct 6, 2026). We could not read current Best Buy, Home Depot or Sam's Club Mini prices on Nov 4, 2026; check store prices by hand from a US browser before publishing them. A store kit also can’t carry a referral credit, because The kit and plan must be bought directly on starlink.com; store, reseller, used and transferred kits don't earn the reward.

So compare whole years, not stickers. On Roam 100GB, a store kit last seen at $249 makes year one $909, against $709 on starlink.com with the credit posted and $809 without it (our arithmetic). The lowest store price on record here was $199.99. If a store’s year-one total ever beats starlink.com’s, buy it there. The dated store comparison.
