Corrections
When something on this site turns out wrong, it gets fixed and listed here with the date.
How errors get caught
Every Starlink fact is re-read from Starlink’s own pages before each update, and facts past 30 days old stop the build. When a re-read turns up a change or a mistake, the page is fixed and the fix is logged below with its date.
Prices are the most likely thing to go stale. Before relying on one, check the date beside it; Starlink’s checkout always shows the price that applies to your order.
Correction log
- Nov 4, 2026, Year one, bill by bill: the advice to finish checkout inside the tab the referral link opens was worded as a Starlink rule. It is this site’s own dated reading of how starlink.com behaves, and it is now labeled that way.
- Nov 4, 2026, Year one, bill by bill: the credit was described as landing on “your second bill”. Starlink words the timing two ways: its referral terms name the second monthly invoice as where the credit goes, while its help center says it may be issued from 60 days after activation. The page now gives both and promises neither.
- Nov 4, 2026, Home, Mini price and Year one: a “net kit price” figure subtracted the referral credit from the kit price. The credit is account credit on a later service bill and never lowers what you pay for the kit at checkout, so those pages now show first-year totals with and without the credit.
